Scotland has enjoyed wide snow cover in February 2019 and getting to this viewpoint of An Teallach was hard work with deep snow drifts.
As always there is sheer joy as the sun rises and casts a glow on the hills for a few minutes. On this morning I saw mountain hare and an eagle soaring overhead, so the experience was all the more enjoyable.
