Mountain Rescue

Mountain Rescue in the UK is carried out entirely by unpaid volunteers. Help can be obtained from the rescue teams at any time of any day 365 days a year.

It costs a lot of money to keep a rescue team operational so any donations are gratefully received. Cairngorm Mountain Rescue Team operates primarily in the northern part of the Cairngorms National Park.
